Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Business Application Analyst - Learning Applications. This position involves leading a diverse portfolio of learning application management activities, acting as a business lead and functional specialist to support strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and optimize system performance. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting innovative projects that impact enterprise learning strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, delivery, and performance management of learning applications

Manage access, data integrity, and data retention within learning systems

Oversee deployment, change management, and release processes for learning initiatives

Act as a subject matter expert in learning applications such as Cornerstone, SumTotal, Degreed, and Workday

Ensure application compliance with privacy, legal, and security standards

Support daily operational activities including incident triage, configurations, bulk data loads, and vendor management

Collaborate with business partners to identify system improvements and process enhancements

Participate in large enterprise programs as a subject matter expert

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Manage risks associated with projects and ensure adherence to enterprise guidelines

Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to team members

Maintain an end-to-end perspective of customer needs and emerging risks

Desired Skill-Set





Over 10 years of experience in business application analysis, with at least 5 years in learning technology

Strong experience with learning applications: Cornerstone, SumTotal, Degreed, Workday

Proven ability to lead large, complex projects in a corporate environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Effective stakeholder and vendor management capabilities

Deep understanding of application analysis processes and technical systems

Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices

Ability to analyze multiple variables to solve complex problems

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Workday Learning

Relevant learning technology certifications

Enterprise-level project experience in large organizations

Robust experience with agile development practices
