• Identify and assess needs for therapeutic recreation • Devise and execute individualized treatment plans • Coordinate recreational activities for client participation • Supervise and evaluate volunteer and support staff performance • Ensure compliance with ethical and skilled standards

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy or related discipline • Active registration in Alberta Therapeutic Recreation Association • Therapeutic Recreation Specialist designation is beneficial • Current Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification required • Preferably 3 years of recreation therapy background
