Environmental Health & Safety Specialist Burlington, ON | 100% On-Site $75,000-$85,000 + up to 6% bonus

We are seeking an

EHS Specialist

to support the development and continuous improvement of health, safety, environmental and training programs within a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations and root-cause analysis

Coordinate corrective and preventative actions

Deliver safety training including WHMIS, orientations and emergency response

Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and ergonomic assessments

Maintain EHS documentation, records and safety metrics

Support

ISO 14001 / ISO 45001

compliance and audits

Participate in safety committees, emergency drills and continuous improvement initiatives

Support environmental,



waste reduction and sustainability programs

Requirements:

2-5 years of EHS/Safety experience , preferably in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of Ontario OHS and environmental regulations

Experience with safety training and incident investigations

ISO 14001/45001 and/or SQF experience is an asset

Solid communication, organization and presentation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

College education preferred; High School Diploma required
