We are looking to expand our finance team by hiring a Controller. This role would report directly to the CFO. We are looking for an individual who is a team player, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, is detail-oriented and can manage highly confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion. Manage group financial reporting functions and group reporting package Prepare monthly financial reports including variance analysis Prepare quarterly financial statements with note disclosure and MD&A; Assist with complex accounting matters Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and internal controls Accounting

Responsible for group accounting functions Responsible for month-end full accounting cycle Payroll

Payroll review and processing Government and Regulatory

Quarterly and annual GST/HST/QST returns Oversee tax compliance matters Accounts Payable

Oversee invoice processing Banking and Cash Management





Monthly cashflow reconciliation Daily monitoring of cash balance and tracking of payments Budget and Forecast

Preparation of annual budget / forecast and variance analysis Other Duties

As requested by the CEO and CFO Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related program Mining public company experience preferably in the junior mining space Strong understanding of corporate accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters Proficiency with accounting software Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail, able to work independently and reliable Type: Full-Time, hybrid Reporting to: Finance Director / CFO
