This role is for an 18-month maternity leave cover, starting October 2, 2026. You will work with a team of skilled RNs and RPNs delivering person-centered and family-focused care. Experience working independently while being a team-oriented team member is key in our unique hospice environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate care to hospice residents • Assess and manage palliative symptoms effectively • Foster meaningful relationships with patients and families • Adapt to diverse clinical situations and patient needs • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and development

Requirements: • Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO • Minimum one year nursing experience within 5 years • Current BCLS certification required • Willing to complete palliative care education programs • Flexibility for day/night 12-hour shifts
