In this role, you will work within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing a client-centered approach guided by your training in CBT. The position involves conducting assessments, guiding treatment strategies, and offering essential case management insights. Your compassionate and solution-oriented approach will support clients' return to work initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interventions for clients with health and rehabilitation needs
• Implement a client-centered CBT framework
• Prepare timely reports on psychological assessments




• Guide the interdisciplinary team on client progress
• Participate in discharge planning and conflict resolution
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Psychologist in Alberta
• Experience in Health or Rehabilitation psychology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to manage changes in schedule
• Familiarity with workplace health policies is an asset
