The role is a full-time temporary position demanding expertise in health care and disability management. As a Specialist, you will offer critical support for return-to-work policies and manage interactions with external insurance providers. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage accommodations and attendance initiatives • Liaise with insurance providers on case management • Develop and provide instructional materials for stakeholders • Assist with grievance and arbitration processes • Collaborate across departments for improved outcomes
Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields • Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent • Bachelor's in Kinesiology or health discipline • Solid problem-solving and leadership abilities • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional teamwork
