Reporting to the Provincial HSE Manager, you will oversee health and safety operations, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The position demands a strategic thinker who can navigate safety challenges and mentor team members, fostering a robust safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive HS&E; compliance across assigned workplaces
• Inspect job sites for adherence to safety protocols
• Support incident investigations and mentor reporting
• Audit subcontractor safety management systems
• Champion the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR)
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HSE experience in construction
• Active NCSO or similar certification required
• Awareness of local safety and environmental laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently and present effectively
