You will lead strategic IT initiatives, assessing current technologies and coordinating system upgrades to align with municipal goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and governance for AI adoption while ensuring data integrity and reliability; you will guide staff and maintain IT policies and disaster recovery plans.
