*The Opportunity*We?re looking for a commercially minded marketer who can turn customer insight into focused campaigns that generate new customers, qualified retailer opportunities and measurable revenue. This is a hands‑on role that will shape the growth plan, manage the campaign calendar and execute across email, paid media, content, landing pages and partnerships. You?ll use the results to decide what we improve, stop or scale.

What You?ll Own

- Plan and manage a rolling 90-day campaign calendar tied to business and revenue priorities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, websites, retail initiatives and partnerships.
- Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging, landing pages and customer journeys.
- Create campaigns that attract first-time customers and increase repeat purchases.
- Generate qualified retailer interest through targeted campaigns, sales materials, case studies and lead-nurture programs.
- Support retailer prospects as they progress toward buyer conversations.
- Coordinate content, creative, creator and partnership activity around clear commercial objectives.




- Maintain a premium, trustworthy and distinct voice for each brand.
- Track campaign revenue, customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, conversion rates and email performance.
- Test creative, audiences, messaging, offers and landing pages, then recommend what should be improved or scaled.

What We?re Looking For

- Three to five years of experience in growth, ecommerce, digital or brand marketing.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and customer-messaging skills.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva.
- Confidence interpreting performance data and turning it into practical action.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a small, evolving business.
- An interest in beauty, wellness, retail or premium consumer brands.
- A thoughtful approach to using AI for research, production, testing and analysis.

You do not need to be the leading expert in every platform. You need to understand how the channels work together and be willing to execute, learn and improve.
