Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with supervisors to resolve employee-related issues • Serve as a front-line HR contact for hourly employees • Develop HR solutions for operational needs • Manage full-cycle HR processes from onboarding to offboarding • Support workplace investigations for sensitive issues

Requirements: • University degree in Human Resources Management preferred • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR • 2 years as an HR Generalist in an industrial environment • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
