Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop tailored compensation solutions • Lead compensation projects for diverse employee groups • Analyze market data to inform compensation strategies • Conduct pay adjustment reviews aligning with budgets • Present detailed recommendations to senior decision-makers
Requirements: • University degree in a related field required • Minimum three years of compensation experience • Advanced analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly • Willingness to complete CCP designation
