Our mining client is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors System Analyst (10+ years) to support Employee Central and Onboarding initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors

Join a large-scale ERP environment supporting ongoing SAP SuccessFactors sustainment and project initiatives within the energy and resources sector. This role focuses on Employee Central, Employee Central Benefits, and Onboarding configuration, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities. The position supports both active project delivery and post-go-live production sustainment within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension based on program needs.

Contract, Vancouver, Calgary preferred open to Toronto, Hybrid in Vancouver, Working Hours: 37.5 hours PST

Must Haves

- 10+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and Core HR solutions
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration
- Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding configuration and support
- Quality assurance , issue resolution , and implementation support within project environments
- Education in a related field





Nice to Have

- Practical experience configuring Employee Central Benefits
- Experience supporting global Employee Central implementations
- Experience configuring Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Picklists, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations
- SAP SuccessFactors certification

Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements
- Configure and support Employee Central Advantages and SuccessFactors Onboarding
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions
- Identify and fix configuration issues while performing root cause analysis
- Support system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and project-related work
- Support post-go-live stabilization, production support, and continuous project activities
