This role will involve closely working with senior leadership to create competitive compensation and advantages frameworks that align with Crombie’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute total rewards strategies for employee engagement
• Lead design and administration of compensation and recognition programs




• Oversee salary structure and compensation equity initiatives
• Conduct market intelligence and compensation analysis
• Prepare reports for executive leadership and stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 8 to 10 years in compensation and total rewards roles
• Proven experience in executive compensation program management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Relevant designations (CCP, CPHR) are advantageous
