As a Medical Secretary (II), you will bring three years of relevant experience to a energetic environment focused on surgical administration. Your main responsibilities will include managing surgical schedules and facilitating communication between medical professionals. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of pediatric surgical services.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate on-call and procedure schedules for doctors • Document meetings and write essential reports • Arrange patient surgeries and appointments • Organize meetings and office logistics • Address inquiries and provide information to families
