What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, workflows, and project plans.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports.
- Identify risks,
propose solutions, and adjust plans to overcome challenges.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Age 12-30.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to completing basic training.
- Fluency in English.
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if over 18).
Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in volunteer or related fields.
- Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English.
