This full-time position includes operating various machines, assisting with fabrication, and maintaining a protected workplace. You will use precision measuring tools to uphold our high-quality standards and support production teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup of basic fabrication tasks • Operate hand tools and shop equipment as trained • Conduct pre-use machine inspections and basic servicing • Safely manage material movement with overhead crane • Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements: • Ability to read technical drawings and procedures • Understanding of basic materials and metals • Experience with laser cutting is an asset • Physically fit to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods • Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
