This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruitment, human resources, or workforce planning.What You Will Be Working OnWhat You Will Be Working OnSupport the recruitment process for hourly craft positions across Western CanadaPost jobs on internal and external job boardsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screeningsSchedule interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the hiring processMaintain candidate and employee information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment requirementsAssist with onboarding and orientation activitiesAttend job fairs, industry events, school presentations, and community recruitment initiativesBuild relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experienceAssist with sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media, and referral programsTrack recruitment metrics and prepare basic recruitment reportsSupport employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesParticipate in special projects and other recruitment-related activities as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred0-2 years of recruitment, human resources, administration, customer service,



or related experienceStrong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the construction industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable learning new systems and technologyExperience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience using social media platforms for networking and candidate engagement is considered an assetAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learnAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyAttention to detail in all areas of workAdditional Requirements:Must have valid driver's licenseWillingness to travel periodically to project sites and recruitment events throughout Western CanadaOccasional flexibility to attend recruitment events outside of regular business hoursAt Nason, we prize employees who are humble, hungry, and smart.
