Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to and implement care plans from supervisors
• Support with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
• Monitor and report on any changes in resident conditions
• Help prepare meals and assist in mobility needs
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace for residents
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Health Care Aide program
• Previous experience with seniors is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
