The Salvation Army is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to support residents under the supervision of an LPN and unit manager. This part time role (0.53 FTE) focuses on personal care, safety, and dignity in a residential setting. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting health information, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications per policy, and maintaining a compassionate, team-oriented environment for residents and their families.
