We require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and a relevant certificate or diploma. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and support enhancements on PCBAs while collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams to improve quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate PCBA quality using IPC standards
• Troubleshoot and repair defective PCBAs promptly
• Document failure modes and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate on process improvements with engineering
• Read and interpret technical assembly instructions
Requirements:
• Electronics Engineering Technology certificate or diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in repair roles
• Skilled in soldering and electronics troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IPC and SMT design
• Solid English communication
