Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure all participant needs are met through direct support • Collaborate with the Outreach Team on program activities • Monitor participant engagement and communicate effectively • Assist with limited administrative tasks relevant to program support • Build and maintain trust with participants and collaborators

Requirements: • Required previous outreach experience • Two years in a related role with individuals with disabilities • Current First Aid Level 1 certification • Successful completion of necessary background checks • Reliable and insured vehicle
