You will analyze and configure Role Based Permissions across SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) and support platform changes, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and QA standards. You will work with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications, participate in intake meetings, and guide stakeholders on best practices while maintaining regulatory
