Overview

Skilled Tradesman and Handyman. The position is largely in private houses with some business areas. Many jobs are shorter than 3 days and schedules can vary daily. The successful candidate will work independently without supervision, be punctual, and have solid people skills. A solid work ethic and attention to detail are essential. All jobs are in Central Toronto.

Responsibilities

- Perform basic residence renovation and repair tasks in private homes (and some business settings).
- Work independently with minimal supervision; be punctual and reliable.
- Provide good customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

- At least ten years of proficiency with basic home renovations and repairs.
- Expertise in two or more of the following: woodworking, tiling, drywall repair, and painting.




- Exceptional English language skills.
- Access to a mobile phone and a computer.
- Own vehicle and own tools.
- Experience: 10 years (required).

Schedule & Compensation

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Irreversible, Casual, Freelance

Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
