Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic Training and Development team for our Temporary/Seasonal position. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of training programs by providing exceptional administrative, organizational, and coordination support. Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees using the Learning Management System (LMS), including login assistance, course access, and troubleshooting system issues. Perform comprehensive training compliance audits to verify completion of required certifications, orientations, and regulatory training prior to mobilization or job assignment. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date training records, ensuring documentation is properly entered, filed, and aligned with company and regulatory requirements. Monitor employee training progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one (1) year of adult learning/training experience preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel. Advanced computer proficiency, including the ability to troubleshoot and support users on desktop and mobile devices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 40-years of sustainability in action.
