With the recent acquisition of Adescor, we are entering an exciting growth phase focused on next‑generation product development and commercialization.Role OverviewThe Technical Development Manager provides cross‑disciplinary leadership across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams. This role leads full product development cycles—from concept and prototyping to testing, validation, and commercialization—while shaping engineering capability and technical direction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.Lead the development of integrated automation equipment and mechatronic systems.Own system architecture, design decisions, and engineering documentation.Manage full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.Guide technical roadmaps, requirements, and engineering processes.Lead design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA, testing protocols,
