Working within the Multi Organ Transplant Outpatient Unit at Toronto General Hospital, you’ll perform nursing assessments, assist with wound care, and liaise with healthcare professionals. This position emphasizes collaboration, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care while adhering to high professional standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Measure and document patient vitals and history • Collect lab specimens and conduct nursing assessments • Educate patients on medication and health topics • Triage clinic patients in collaboration with staff • Ensure clinic operations are effective and compliant

Requirements: • Completed college-level Registered Practical Nursing program • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification • Previous experience on a transplant unit preferred • Excellent communication and time management skills
