Take charge of Apotex’s Business Resiliency program as the Director, focusing on strategic crisis management and regulatory compliance. This critical role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration.

You will spearhead the organization’s Business Resiliency initiatives, aligning emergency response and recovery planning with corporate goals. Collaborating with the IT department and other leaders, you'll draft policies and spearhead training efforts to build a robust culture of preparedness. As chair of the Business Resiliency Steering Committee, you will ensure the program meets the highest standards and addresses internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the Business Resiliency Steering Committee activities • Develop and execute crisis management strategies • Ensure policy compliance with regulations and internal standards • Facilitate training and exercising of resiliency initiatives • Manage external partnerships for resiliency solutions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 10+ years in business resiliency leadership roles • Familiar with global regulations and crisis management standards • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities • Experience in high-stress crisis environments
