Summary

To coordinate the maintenance, repair and alteration of waste and water systems in assigned buildings Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out the day-to-day execution of operations and maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted tenant operations and that asset integrity is maintained either directly or via building automation systems Troubleshoot, analyze, and determine the root cause of equipment and building problems To perform corrective maintenance and repairs within scope of key trade designation Respond to service request and demand maintenance; record data and ensure completed work meets quality and response requirements Develop and implement preventative maintenance (PM) programs to increase efficiency of building operations Receive, track, monitor and report status of maintenance and repair work. Initiates documents to authorize or obtain formal approval of work required Ensure compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to environmental, health and safety. Must be able and willing to work shifts, be available for on-call/standby and emergency call-out as required Represent CBRE/AFSI in enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relations Oversees and maintains all assigned tools and arranges for the calibration/inspection/repair and replacement where required. #GWSCAN

Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC). Please note, a condition for attaining an Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) clearance includes the condition that applicants must have lived in Canada a minimum of five years to apply for ERS. Red Seal Plumbing Certification required. Gasfitter A or B preferred Must meet site and/or position specific security clearance requirements imposed by the client for an assigned location and/or region Valid drivers’ license (as required) SUPERVISION/DIRECTION EXERCISED

Position is not responsible to provide direct supervision. Provide escort, support, monitoring and review Vendor performed work. PHYSICAL ASSETS/INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
