Reporting to the Collision Centre Manager, your role includes a thorough review of MPI claims and the coordination of repair tasks. You'll ensure that all necessary amendments are documented and assist with parts procurement, while generating customer quotes efficiently. This role provides a comprehensive understanding of the Collision Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vehicle assessment processes for repairs • Analyze MPI claims in detail and provide insights • Ensure documentation accuracy and proper repair logs • Acquire required parts for all approved work orders • Prepare customer quotes quickly and accurately
Requirements: • Experience in the body repair industry is preferred • Positive teamwork and communication skills • High level of attention to detail • Valid driver’s license and positive driving history • Ability to thrive in both independent and team settings
