Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residential units
• Provide administrative support and accurate record-keeping
• Resolve tenant issues with a respectful approach
• Perform necessary light maintenance tasks
• Lift equipment safely up to 50 pounds
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is essential
• Must complete a Criminal Record Check
• Capability to lift heavy items independently
• Familiarity with emergency systems preferred
