This position involves managing automobile bodily injury claims of various complexities. Candidates will utilize their expertise to investigate claims, establish reserves, and negotiate settlements. Strong decision-making skills and a resolution-focused mindset are essential for navigating the evolving landscape of Alberta’s automobile insurance system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and assess bodily injury claims thoroughly
• Evaluate damages and set up appropriate reserves
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and legal counsel




• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and legal proceedings
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in claims adjusting
• Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Robust analytical and negotiation skills
