Enhance educational experiences at the First Nation School Board as a Land and Language Connector in Pelly Crossing, Yukon. This role is critical in connecting students with the Selkirk First Nation's language and heritage.
As a member of the FNSB team, you will collaborate with Elders, knowledge keepers, and the school community to promote culturally responsive education. By integrating the Northern Tutchone language and land-based teachings, you will contribute to creating a meaningful learning atmosphere that celebrates Indigenous history and traditions. Your efforts will play a key role in fostering students' sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
