What you'll do:

- Establish adequate coverage for each geography with the right type/number of salespeople on your team




- Understand current and past market conditions to set us up to achieve market share and used equipment sales results
- Setting clear expectations on sales goals / pipeline / customer experience with your team and coach to success
- Coaching your team to help our customers find the right equipment to make the most of the land they work with so we can grow together
- Complete on farm calls with your sales team on the road to help build customer relationships and coach on sales skills
- Stay informed on John Deere product, financing programs and technology to make sure they are presented to the right customers at the right time

What you bring:

- 3+ years of equipment sales experience
- 1-3 years of leading a sales team would be considered an asset
- A drive to develop business and identify unique opportunities to generate revenue
- A competitive spirit that strives to set and achieve goals
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions
