Product Advisor

to join our team in Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with people,

communicates effectively, is eager to learn, can follow a proven sales process, and is motivated to achieve results.

What You’ll Do: Build relationships with customers by listening to and understanding their needs. Help customers select the Toyota vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle. Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing or leasing process. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits. Build lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and after-sale service. Complete Toyota training and develop strong product and industry knowledge. Meet and exceed established sales targets. Maintain and follow up with prospects using our CRM system. Perform other related duties as required. All other duties as assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused and professional approach.



Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment. Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset. Automotive industry and CRM experience are assets but are not required.

How You Will Stand Out: Professional experience that demonstrates you can effectively work as part of a team. Experience using CRM software. Previous experience in the automotive industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
