Key Responsibilities:
• Organize food preparation and staff duties effectively
• Assist in managing inventory and menu orders
• Ensure daily food production levels and quality standards are met




• Oversee cleaning schedules and compliance
• Train current kitchen team members effectively
Requirements:
• Required Red Seal Cook Certification
• 3-5+ years in food service, especially in remote settings
