You will need a degree in Labour Relations or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding unions and collective bargaining agreements, along with the ability to maintain constructive member relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for members in grievance situations
• Develop transparent communication for grievance handling
• Familiarize with CBA interpretation rules
• Employ Microsoft Office 365 in daily tasks
• Foster strong internal relationships within the organization
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Labour Relations or related
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Act
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in a professional office setting
