We are seeking an individual who has a desire for sales / business development / recruitment work in a corporate environment. We are committed to a high-level of service for our clients and candidates and are seeking a service-driven individual who are willing to go above and beyond and work with clients and candidates to help deliver an unmatched recruitment experience. Responsibilities:

Interview, assess,



and present qualified candidates to clients based on job requirements

Develop current business and manage current client relationships

Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in your market niche

Use traditional and unique candidate sourcing methods through online job boards, websites, referrals, and industry association websites

Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Previous experience dealing with clients/customers – client-facing preferred

High level of business acumen to make fast, calculated business decisions

Enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver a high level of service

Client-driven - motivated to go above and beyond to fulfill your client’s needs

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
