Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management and operation of advanced synthesis laboratories • Create and uphold standard operating protocols for lab processes • Guide and mentor students and postdocs through research projects • Facilitate research collaborations using multi-anvil presses • Disseminate research findings via journal articles and conferences
Requirements: • Doctorate in physics, chemistry, or materials science • Minimum of 3 years postdoctoral experience in synthesis • Extensive knowledge in operating high-pressure synthesis facilities • Exemplary publication record in leading scientific journals • Effectively collaborate in a multidisciplinary research workplace
