Qualifications
You have minimum 2 years of restaurant Line and/or Prep Cook experience (in a comparable full-service restaurant environment)
You may have previous Kitchen Supervisory experience
You have or are interested in developing strong leadership abilities & looking for growth
You have strong organization & time management skills
You are passionate about food & culinary excellence
You are driven, you take initiative & you never turn your head from a standard
You know success comes from dedication & hard work, which you do not shy away from
You thrive in a fast paced environment
You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays (in a full time capacity)
You may be interested in working towards your Red Seal
Earnings & Perks
