As part of DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, you will lead the end-to-end tender process ensuring the delivery of accurate, customer-centered proposals. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will also ensure compliance with tender management standards and lead the analysis of tender opportunities to recommend optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all tender activities ensuring compliance standards
• Analyze and define requirements with internal stakeholders
• Manage the lifecycle of RFI, RFP,



and RFQ responses
• Deliver high-quality proposal packages for client submissions
• Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in logistics or tender management
• Preferred experience with pricing and tender processes
• Strong leadership in cross-functional coordination
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of logistics and freight forwarding
