As a Sub Agent, you will tailor daily site execution, focusing on heavy civils and concrete packages while managing subcontractors and site engineering teams. Your expertise will ensure that complex projects, like the structural link bridge, are delivered on time and meet all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take operational charge of RC and groundworks packages
• Manage temporary works schemes, including cofferdam installs
• Ensure effective coordination of site engineers and subcontractors




• Conduct technical QA and support commercial activities
• Maintain rigorous HSEQ compliance and safety measures
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in RC management and infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of temporary works practices
• Background working as a Sub Agent or advancing from Senior Engineer
• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Management
• Must have valid CSCS card and SMSTS; Eligible to work in the UK
