Aboutthe Role: As a ServiceAppointment Coordinator, you will respond to customer requests, provideinformation, book appointments, and help develop lasting relationships with ourcustomers.

Yourresponsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Conduct inbound andoutbound calls to accurately schedule service appointments;

Confirm and updatecustomer information;

Call customers toconfirm service appointments and follow-up phone with customers on missed andoutstanding appointments, outstanding service campaigns, or recalls;

Advise customers of recommendedservices as per the maintenance schedule;

Perform follow-up calls tocustomers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship; and

Additional duties as assignedby management.

Applicantsmust have:

Customer service experience andthe ability to maintain positive relationships with customers;

Excellent attention to detail;

Excellent organization skillsand ability to work under pressure;

Excellent communication skills,in person and on the phone;

Ability to work independentlyor part of a team;

Proficient in Microsoft Office;

Experience with a dealershipmanagement system is an asset;

Class 5 Drivers’ License withacceptable driving record is an asset; and

Experience in the AutomotiveService industry is an asset
