Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a calendar of school community events
• Coordinate marketing and promotion strategies for events
• Supervise event logistics, team recruitment,



and volunteer support
• Keep accurate records for event execution and feedback
• Facilitate internal communications across departments
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of event management experience
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Adept with event-related technology and software
• Valid BC driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Adaptable to accommodate varied event schedules
