As a part time educator, you will focus on designing programs aimed at males to raise awareness and foster healthy relationships. You will engage with schools and community organizations to deliver presentations that challenge stereotypes and promote allyship. Collaboration, innovation, and motivation are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engaging educational materials
• Facilitate discussions with boys and male mentors
• Build relationships with educational and community partners
• Participate in community outreach events
• Report on program outcomes and trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Strong skills in curriculum design and facilitation
• Knowledge of community services and social issues
• Effective public speaking ability
• Reliable transportation for community travel
