As a Clinical Resource Pharmacist-Oncology, you will ensure safe medication use and contribute to clinical programs. Candidates must be registered with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists and have at least one year of relevant experience. Experience in oncology practice in a hospital setting is preferred, along with solid leadership skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services and support • Lead drug use management and clinical practice initiatives • Drive patient safety and quality improvement projects • Mentor and train pharmacy staff and residents • Develop and enhance pharmacy education programs
Requirements: • Registration with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists • One year of related work experience or postgraduate training • Strong communication and leadership competencies • Ability to perform all duties of the role • Good work record with a focus on patient outcomes
