Key Responsibilities:
• Offer personalized service to guests in various settings
• Conduct routine maintenance of all guest rooms and common areas
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks




• Handle essential repairs and project work effectively
• Execute preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a maintenance role
• BC Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driving status
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proficient in using power tools and HVAC knowledge
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work
