Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract agreements in business
• Validate procurement agreements for legal alignment
• Provide governance support and policy advisory
• Assist in enhancing corporate compliance frameworks
• Conduct thorough legal research for business decisions
Requirements:
• Hold an LL.B./LL.M/JD or equivalent along with a legal permit
• 3-7 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or government
• Fluency in both English and French is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
