• Professionally service HVAC equipment and accessory items • Ensure safe operation of recent installations and instruct customers • Create positive relationships with customers and upsell services • Communicate effectively and problem-solve for customer satisfaction • Learn and adapt with a customer service-oriented team
Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent • Gas Technician II license required • Air Conditioning Mechanic certificate (Ontario – 313d) • At least 3-5 years of relevant field experience • Must possess a Class G Driver’s License
