We are seeking a reliable, confident, and proactive part-time nanny / mother's helper to join our family and support our three children (ages 5, 3.5, and 1.5).This position is 3–4 days per week, totaling approximately 15–25 hours weekly, depending on scheduling needs. Shifts include weekday evenings (approximately 4 PM – 7 PM) and occasional Saturday mornings. Flexibility is key due to my husband's rotating schedule.We are looking for someone who:Is confident and comfortable taking the leadCan independently manage after-school routines and transitionsIs calm, structured, and consistentTakes initiative without requiring constant directionSpeaks or understands French (strong asset, as we are a French-speaking household)In addition to childcare, regular light household responsibilities are a required and consistent part of this role, with dedicated paid hours built into the weekly schedule.
